DOn't know if you work alot with horses, I know you photgraph them. I have a cruelty case (neglect) that I have reported to the SPCA but they arent acting fast enough. Any suggestions of who else to report to. I just contacted the Humane Society today, a local horse rescue yesterday and PETA today. Waiting to hear. DOn't mess with me when it comes to neglecting animals!!!!
